• Do you deliver all over India?
  Yes, we currently ship all across India.
   

• What are the shipping charges for my order?
  We charge a flat shipping charge of just INR  80 for all standard orders. 
   

• How long does it take to ship an order?
  All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. We will keep you informed in case of any delay.
   

• How long will it take to deliver my order?
  All orders are usually delivered in 3-8 working days for major cities and 4-10 days for remote locations, from the order date.

• What happens if I have entered the wrong address?

• Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
  Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders for the same.
  
   

• Can I return the package at the time of delivery if I’m not satisfied?
  If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us an email at info@northwishnaturals.com, mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

All sales are final, currently we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order from us, always.
